Shanghai HEBA Die-casting Co., Ltd is a manufacturing company, specializing in die-casting production of aluminum and zinc alloy parts. Located in HangZhou Bay, Jinshan District, Shanghai. Our company covers an area of 42000 m2 including 12800 m2 of building area.

At present, we have 23 sets of die-casting machines, of which the maximum capacity is 800T while the minimum is 88T, equiped with automatical   ladler, sprayer, extractor. In order to control raw material and product's quality in line, we have advanced testing instruments ,such as spectral Analysis Scan, CMM measuring machine, X-ray Generator, metallographic microscope, Computer-Electronic Universal Testing Machine etc.

The company has the certification of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001.which is the first batch met < official casting industry access standard>,Hi-Tech company in Shanghai, meanwhile we also obtained the certification of clean production.
